Terms for using Rapid Entry
Last updated April 14, 2026. These terms govern access to and use of the Rapid Entry Shopify app.
1. Acceptance
By installing or using Rapid Entry, you agree to these terms on behalf of the Shopify store that uses the app. If you do not agree, do not install or continue using the app.
2. Service description
Rapid Entry is a spreadsheet-style product editing app for Shopify merchants. The app helps merchants load, review, and update Shopify catalog data, including supported product, variant, inventory, and metafield fields.
3. Shopify account and permissions
You are responsible for maintaining an active Shopify account and granting the permissions required for Rapid Entry to function. If Shopify access is revoked, suspended, or changed, some or all app features may stop working until access is restored.
4. Billing
Paid access, trials, and renewals are managed through Shopify's billing platform. Any pricing shown in the app listing or app UI is subject to the plan terms presented through Shopify during plan confirmation.
5. Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing changes before saving them to Shopify, ensuring that your team has the right internal permissions, and complying with Shopify's terms, policies, and applicable laws when using the app.
6. Data handling
Our handling of merchant and store data is described in the Privacy Policy. Shopify remains the system of record for store catalog data, and Rapid Entry uses Shopify APIs to read and write merchant-authorized changes.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, or modify Rapid Entry over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific response times, or compatibility with every future Shopify change, but we aim to maintain a stable production service.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Rapid Entry to violate Shopify policies, misuse store data, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or engage in unlawful activity.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
Rapid Entry is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from Shopify. We may suspend or terminate access if necessary to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, or address violations of these terms.
